Type FIL-PLA simple bar |
Belts formed with vertical slides alternately, assembled by means of double cross bars. Linked or welded edges.
Maximum width: 4 m
A: Flattened 12 x 1,20 mm / B: 44,64 mm / C: 4 mm / D: 27,92 mm
To evenly distribute several sprockets across the width of the belt, depending on the specific width. The sprockets must press on the cross rods and not on the laminated metal band. |

Type A-1 Composed |
Composed of alternating right and left hand spirals joined by crimped cross rods, which are connected to side chains providing positive drive and tracking. These belts may also include angle brackets across the belt width to keep product from sliding on inclines and declines. Opcional edges guards or side plates prevent product from falling off belt edges.

 |
Type A Composed |
Spirals to right and left joined together by a straight rod.
These belts may have side plates to prevent the product from falling down, and chains to allow the uniform pulling of the belt. We may also put transversal plates to allow the transport of the product.
Width according to customer's request.

Inter-linked wire rods type |
Belts are made with cross wire strands in alternating rectangular shaped and weaved together forming an interlinked flexible belt. This type of belt provides positive traction via pulling sprockets. Usually produced in stainless steel for lightweight transport applications, they are especially useful in food industries.
